This is a one-day meeting at Palo Alto Headquarters where you will meet with members of our Corporate team, ask questions and gain a more concrete understanding of the Home Care Assistance franchise, mission, brand and development. |

You will receive formal approval and are welcomed to Home Care Assistance. |

This five-day program in our Palo Alto office is designed to provide you with extensive training in Operations, Client Care, Employee Care and Marketing. You will also meet with all members of the Corporate team in both the franchise and pilot office. |

You will receive a franchise agreement based on the terms discussed. It will be faxed over for you to review and sign. You are now ready to begin formal identification and selection of the retail location, initiation of advertising campaigns, caregiver interviews and client calls. |
